Snapp AI is live on KittyLaunch today. If you have a minute, a vote or a comment over there genuinely helps — indie launches run on exactly that kind of support, and it is the main way new people find tools like ours.

Snapp AI on KittyLaunch

What Snapp AI actually does

Snapp AI turns a plain-English description into a working mobile app or website. You describe what you want, the app gets built while you watch, and you open the result on your phone a few minutes later.

The important word there is "working". What you get is not a mockup, a wireframe, or a clickable prototype. It is a real React Native app with real screens, real navigation, and state that persists — the kind of thing that would normally take a developer a week to scaffold.

More than 2,700 apps have been built this way so far.

Where it fits

The gap we kept running into is the one between an idea and the first honest version of it. Design tools give you pictures. No-code builders give you someone else's structure to fill in. Hiring a developer to find out whether an idea is worth building is an expensive way to ask a cheap question.

Snapp sits in that gap. Describe the thing, look at it running, decide whether it deserves more of your time. If it does, keep going in the same place:

  • Change anything by asking in plain language — no menus to learn, no config to hunt through
  • Connect your own Supabase project so the app has a real database behind it
  • Export the whole codebase to your own GitHub account, because it is your code
  • Roll back to any earlier version when a change turns out to be wrong
  • Edit the code directly from your phone when you would rather be precise than descriptive

What we shipped recently

The last few months went into the unglamorous half of the product — the half that decides whether people stay.

Generation got significantly more reliable. We rebuilt how long-running builds are supervised, so a slow app no longer gets killed halfway through for looking idle. Errors that used to end a session now come back with a fix you can apply in one tap.

The whole platform moved to the latest React Native runtime, which took a while and broke a lot of things quietly before it fixed them. Apps you generate now run on the same modern foundation a studio would start from.

Onboarding got shorter. The old flow asked too many questions before showing anything; now you get to a working app much sooner, because that is the only part that convinces anyone.

Why we launch on places like this

Snapp is a small team building for people who are also, mostly, small teams. We do not have a marketing budget that reaches you some other way. Launch communities are how tools like this get found, and the feedback that comes out of them is usually sharper than anything we would get from a survey — people who try a builder for twenty minutes and tell you exactly where it annoyed them are doing us a favour.

So if you try it and something is broken, confusing, or slower than it should be, tell us. We would rather hear it than not.

Try it

Building your first app is free, and it takes about the length of a coffee break. Describe something you have wanted to exist for a while and see what comes back.

And if you like what you see, our page on KittyLaunch is the place to say so.
